Popular diets in Japan

There are a lot of kind of diet all over the world. I introduse popular diet in Japan.

First, I introduce Core Rhythm. Core Rhythm is exersise. We dance to the Latin music while watching DVD of Core Rhythm. That is hard but that is very interesting! Kuwabata Rie, a Japanese comedian, is on this exersise. So, Her waist size fell down 20 centimeter for 2 weeks!

Next, the pelvis diet. This is a gymnastics. This is correcting a warp of one's pelvis. Then, to be on a diet become to easy for us!

Final, cutting down on carbohydrates. This is cutting down on only carbohyrates. Instead, we can eat more others. This is very hard, but speed of losing weight is early.
